Privacy Policy

PHCloud processes only the personal information required to operate the service and handles it under the applicable legal and security standards.

Effective date 2026-03-20

1. Personal information we collect

When you create an account, we collect items such as your name, email address, and password. If you use community or reward features, we may also process your nickname, verified identity details, phone number, and marketing consent choices. Payment and service activity records can also be processed as part of service operation.

2. Why we process personal information

We process personal data to identify members, deliver cloud services, handle balance and payment flows, verify identity, send service notices, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and communicate with users who agreed to marketing messages.

3. Retention period

We aim to delete personal information without delay after account termination or once the collection purpose is fulfilled. If a legal requirement obligates us to keep certain records for a defined period, those records are stored separately for that period.

4. Disclosure to third parties

As a rule, we do not provide personal information to outside parties. Exceptions only apply where required by law or where the user has given separate consent.

5. Processing by service partners

Where necessary to operate payments, email delivery, or cloud infrastructure, we may entrust limited processing work to service partners. If those details become material to users, we disclose them through this policy or the service interface.

6. Deletion procedure

When retention periods expire or processing purposes are fulfilled, we delete personal data using methods designed to prevent restoration or reuse. Electronic records are removed through technical deletion methods, and printed records are shredded or destroyed.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information at any time. Requests can be made through account settings or by contacting help@vssys.kr, although some requests may be limited where required by law.

8. Security measures

We apply technical and organizational controls such as password hashing, administrative access control, session security, audit logging, and least-privilege permissions to protect personal information.

9. Privacy inquiries

Privacy-related questions can be sent to help@vssys.kr. Business information is available in the site footer and through the PHYSIA brand homepage.

10. Policy updates

This policy may change when laws, service policies, or operational needs change. Material updates are announced through the website or the service interface.
