PHCloud terms of service
The following terms explain the baseline rules for using the service, keeping balance, operating servers, and participating in the community.
1. Purpose
These terms define the conditions, process, rights, and responsibilities related to the PHCloud service operated by PHYSIA.
2. Service scope
The service includes Windows-based VPS cloud, balance top-up, community boards, customer support, referral features, and credit rewards.
3. Balance and renewals
Cloud charges are applied on a 30-day basis. New orders and renewals deduct the required amount from your balance, and services may pause if the balance is insufficient.
4. Community usage
The community is publicly visible by default. Posts that infringe rights, violate policy, or interfere with operations may be hidden or removed without prior notice.
5. Service restrictions
Illegal content, abuse of infrastructure, harm to other users, or payment abuse can all become grounds for service limitation or suspension.
6. Contact and notices
Support requests can be submitted through help@vssys.kr or the support board. Material policy changes are announced through the website.
